What We Quote is what you pay.
Our customers choose us because they know what we quote is what they’ll pay. If you want to make a change once the project is underway, that’s ok! We’ll discuss it, re-work the pricing, and agree on the changes, together. You will never receive charges from us that you did not expect.
You'll Be Part of the project from beginning to end.
Clear communication and transparency produce the best partnerships. That’s why you’ll be closely involved in every step of your project – from the initial design discussions to the final walk-through. Once we have a signed agreement, we will walk through your home with our project manager to ensure the plan we agreed to is communicated exactly as we specified.

Co-Owner & Project Developer
Doug will work closely with you, especially at the beginning stages of a project. Doug will meet with you, help create a budget for the ideas you have in mind, write up an estimate for your project, and help with ongoing selections.
Doug began his construction career as a carpenter, and then transitioned into drafting, design, and project management.

Chad Sensenig
Co-Owner & Site Operations
As our on-site construction manager, Chad focuses on taking your project plan and completing it to your specifications, while keeping the project on schedule and on budget. Once you have a finalized plan, Chad and Doug will complete a final in-home project review with you to ensure all details are correct.

- August 2006 Chad Sensenig founded C. Sensenig Contracting
- October 2009 Company name changed to Milestone Construction, LLC
- January 2013 Chad's father, Doug Sensenig, joins the company as a partner
